What Personal Information About Members Does Gather? The information we learn from members helps us personalize and continually improve your experience.  Here are the types of information we gather.

Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Website or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you.
E-mail Communications: You receive email from us because you have subscribed to Latin Business Club of America's network online or by attending one of our networking events. To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from if your computer supports such capabilities. Does Share the Information It Receives? Information about our members is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it, sharing it, or renting it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries, Monica Puig, LLC controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.


Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering magazines, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of members on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or Web sites, subsidiaries, or other businesses. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that  Monica Puig, LLC, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will, of course, be one of the transferred assets.
Protection of and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.
With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Which Information About Me Can Others Access? gives general public access to our free online directory.  When you fill out the form, it will specify, which information will be made public and which will be strictly for our records.  

Events: latinbiz events serve as platforms for business networking. We allow entrance to all professionals. Alcohol is served at our events. When asked by the server or venue, participants at the event must be prepared to present a photo valid drivers license or state ID as proof of age. Participants must be 21 years of age or older in order to consume alcohol.  By attending our events, you acknowledge Monica Puig LLC's right to post and distribute photos and videos taken of you at our events. Under no circumstances will Monica Puig LLC, its clients, partners and subsidiaries be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content photos or videos posted from events we host or promote.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions: If you choose to visit  your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Florida. If you have any concern about privacy at, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it.

As our business grows our Privacy Notice might change.  Know that we stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected members. LCA does not guarantee any services or promises made by our clients or members. We recommend you check on the background and credentials of anyone and any business. Under no circumstances will LCA be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any linked Web sites or through relationships emanating from our network. 


Advertising and Marketing through us:   Advertisement submitted to Monica Puig, LLC may not promote a business model or practice that is deemed by Monica Puig LLC  in its sole discretion to be unacceptable or contrary to our company's overall advertising philosophy or to any applicable law, including but not limited to multi-level marketing schemes, or advertisements for scams.  Ads may not constitute, facilitate or promote illegal activity and may not insult, attack, harass, bully, threaten, demean or impersonate others nor contain "hate speech," whether directed at an individual or a group, included, but not limited to, race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or language. Ads may not promote the sale or use of cigarettes, weapons, ammunition, or explosives. Ads that are targeted to minors may not promote products or services that are illegal for use by minors in their jurisdiction, or that are deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate. Ads may not contain adult content, including nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative. Ads may not be shocking, sensational or disrespectful, or portray excessive violence. Ads may not imply a Monica Puig LLC or endorsement or partnership of any kind unless specifically agreed to in writing by Monica Puig LLC. Ads may not include content that infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
