Does latinbiz.net Share the Information It Receives? We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries, Monica Puig, LLC controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering magazines, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Events: latinbiz events serve as platforms for business networking. We allow entrance to all professionals. Alcohol is served at our events. When asked by the server or venue, participants at the event must be prepared to present a photo valid drivers license or state ID as proof of age. Participants must be 21 years of age or older in order to consume alcohol. By attending our events, you acknowledge Monica Puig LLC's right to post and distribute photos and videos taken of you at our events. Under no circumstances will Monica Puig LLC, its clients, partners and subsidiaries be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content photos or videos posted from events we host or promote.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions: If you choose to visit latinbiz.net your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Florida. If you have any concern about privacy at latinbiz.net, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it.

Advertising and Marketing through us: Advertisement submitted to Monica Puig, LLC may not promote a business model or practice that is deemed by Monica Puig LLC in its sole discretion to be unacceptable or contrary to our company's overall advertising philosophy or to any applicable law, including but not limited to multi-level marketing schemes, or advertisements for scams. Ads may not constitute, facilitate or promote illegal activity and may not insult, attack, harass, bully, threaten, demean or impersonate others nor contain "hate speech," whether directed at an individual or a group, included, but not limited to, race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or language. Ads may not promote the sale or use of cigarettes, weapons, ammunition, or explosives. Ads that are targeted to minors may not promote products or services that are illegal for use by minors in their jurisdiction, or that are deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate. Ads may not contain adult content, including nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative. Ads may not be shocking, sensational or disrespectful, or portray excessive violence. Ads may not imply a Monica Puig LLC or latinbiz.net endorsement or partnership of any kind unless specifically agreed to in writing by Monica Puig LLC. Ads may not include content that infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
